Our Curriculum

A student acquires knowledge through:

  • Comprehensive reading
  • Listening to pre-recorded lectures
  • Interaction with teachers
  • Making own discovery on various issues
  • Attending workshops, seminars etc. organised by the College
  • Practical involvement in field work under a spiritual supervisor

The curriculum and coursework has been designed by well-qualified and experienced pastors and teachers in Zimbabwe, South Africa and the United States. In addition to their academic qualifications, the authors all have many decades of experience in the ministry.

Practical (Local Assembly)

  • Practical ministry in the local assembly under the oversight of the local ministries.
  • Report by the local oversight on character and spiritual growth.
  • Counseling by local oversight to resolve personal issues.
  • There are possible exemptions in practical for senior ministers

 – The Research Project

Before a student is awarded the diploma of the College they must complete the Qualifying Section of the course and submit a Research Project of approximately 5,000 words. The Research Project must be based on work covered during the course.

Note: Minor aspects of the curriculum are in the process of being revised in order to satisfy new requirements by the Higher Education Examination Council (HEXCO). We will adjust this page as soon as the changes have been approved. We are always working towards improving our curriculum and the modules.
